All designs are based on inputs provided by the client
Structural design, site supervision, and approvals from local authorities are NOT included unless explicitly mentioned

Payments
All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Delivery of Services
Plans and drawings will be delivered digitally via email/WhatsApp or download link
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity
Delays caused due to incomplete information from client shall not be the responsibility of the Company

Revisions Policy
Limited revisions may be provided depending on the package selected
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable
Major changes in design brief after finalization may be treated as a new project

Intellectual Property Rights
All drawings, plans, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of the Company
The client is granted a limited license for personal use (construction of their project)
Reselling, sharing, or commercial use of the designs without written permission is strictly prohibited

No Guarantee of Approvals
The Company does not guarantee approval from local authorities, municipal bodies, or government departments
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local building bylaws and regulations

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
Any construction errors
Structural failures
Losses arising from use of the provided designs
The client is advised to consult local engineers and authorities before execution

Third-Party Services
The Company may recommend third-party vendors (contractors, engineers, etc.)
The Company shall not be responsible for their work, pricing, or commitments

Cancellation & Refund
Refunds shall be governed by our Refund Policy available on the website
Once design work has commenced, partial or no refund may be applicable

Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
Misuse of services
Non-payment
Abusive or unreasonable client behavior

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
